Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at unitedmart21@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.
